Following the growth and consolidation of legal services at the AGM headquarters in the capital, a new area has recently been added, and with it, a new member to the AGM Madrid team. This is Elia Pizarro Pérez from the Labour Department.

This decision is part of our commercial and brand strategy for 2022, in which the number of professionals and the team of specialists working at our firm has been increasing. On this occasion, we have decided to incorporate a new member into the AGM Madrid team to offer all our clients a specialized Labour service. This department will be in charge of advising national and multinational companies to strategically manage their personnel, complying with current labour and Social Security regulations.

Likewise, with the entry of Elia, the Labour area will support all our clients of the headquarters on issues such as labour audit, collective bargaining, senior management hiring, Social Security Law, labour inspection, posted workers abroad, and equality plans for companies, among other services.

Elia Pizarro Pérez is a lawyer specializing in Labour Management and Labour, and from now on, she will be in charge of carrying out all the actions proposed for the growth of this area in Madrid. For Elia, this new stage fills her with great enthusiasm: “we never stop learning in this life and improving as a professional. I consider it essential not to see that one already knows everything, that there will always be things in which we can improve and, therefore, be better professionals.” comments.

For his part, Jonathan Gil, Labour partner, emphasizes: “We are very excited about the addition of Elia to our team. For AGM, it represents a clear and solid commitment to develop and improve our customer service in the Madrid office”. He also adds that this action joins, among a list of values provided by the firm, the long history that AGM has, 35 years of experience offering a service adapted to each client and extensive international coverage.

Pizarro has studied a double degree in Law and Criminological and Security Sciences at the CEU San Pablo University in Madrid, as well as the mandatory Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession complemented by the Master’s Degree in Expertise in Business Law, both at the University CEU San Pablo of Madrid.

She also has a Master’s degree in Labour Law and Social Security from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid. She has more than five years of experience in labour advice and management, as well as at a legal level representing clients in the Courts and Tribunals.
