Adagi Advocats is an independent legal boutique specialising in Regulated Sectors and Litigation in all Andorran jurisdictional orders.
The firm was born with the aim of combining the proximity and the detailed care of a legal boutique and promoting the reencounter of the legal profession with its tradition and its origins.

David Tornil is co-founder & partner of Adagi Advocats and is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted to practice in the Principality of Andorra and Spain. He has more than six years of experience advising a wide range of financial entities in Regulatory matters and complex Litigation. He started his career in the Barcelona offices of Uría Menéndez and EY and during more than three years in the Andorran office of Cases & Lacambra. David holds two Bachelors’ degree in Philosophy and Law, together with a Master’s degree in International Business Law from ESADE.
Xavier Vilanova is the co-founder & partner of Adagi Advocats and is a lawyer admitted to practice in the Principality of Andorra. He treasures more than three years of experience advising private and public entities in Litigation, Real Estate, and Compliance. In addition to his background in Spanish and Andorran law firms, he has also advised the Criminal Division of the High Court of Barcelona, mentored by the magistrate Josep Maria Torras Coll. Xavier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and is certified with the International Certification in Compliance and the Certification Compliance in Blockchain and Cryptoassets from the Blockchain Intelligence Institute and Alastria.
