Mobile Media Content has closed a €2.5 million financing round to boost the international growth of its 3D Digital Venue platform. Caixa Capital Risc has led the round, which has also counted on the participation of the Ministry of Science and Innovation, SPODEAL Capital.
On this deal, the firm stated: “Congratulations to all parties involved in this transaction and, more specifically, to Mobile Media Content, Michele Marino, Francis Casado, and Caixa Capital Risc.”
Across Legal’s team advising La Caixa on this deal was formed by partner Ignacio Lacasa and lawyers Marc Pereta and Clara Bernadi Gasulla.
