Dentsu has announced the acquisition of Omega CRM Consulting – and its subsidiaries – a Spanish consulting firm with more than 20 years of experience in CRM solutions and marketing services. The company will be integrated into Merkle, a dentsu-owned brand specialising in Customer Experience Management (CXM).
Thanks to this team expansion, Merkle continues its steady and sustainable growth in the customer experience transformation market. A few months ago, the consultancy company announced its latest acquisition in Australia (Aware Services) and, with this new announcement, Merkle strengthens its expertise in Salesforce technology through the integration of Omega CRM, a sign of dentsu’s commitment to delivering the industry’s best connected experiences across the entire customer journey. Over the next few years, the company aims to generate 50% of its net revenue from Customer Transformation and Technology (CT&T)* services, including Customer Experience and Commerce.
With this acquisition, Omega CRM expands Merkle’s team of professionals, making it the largest CXM agency in Spain, with more than 750 experts serving more than 400 clients from major advertisers, IBEX 35 and Fortune 500 companies. Its integration expands Merkle’s CRM capabilities in the local market by adding expertise in the full suite of Salesforce Cloud technologies.
Founded in 2002, Omega CRM has established itself as one of the leading Salesforce technology implementation and marketing services companies in Europe, with more than 550 employees at its headquarters in Granada, nine offices in Spain and a work centre in France. Recognised by CEPYME as one of the 500 leading Spanish companies in growth and innovation in the last two years, Omega CRM offers CRM services in different industries, including Pharma, Retail, Education, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Hospitality and NGOs.
