Across Legal advises Enzo Ventures on investment in Gretel

Across Legal has advised Enzo Ventures on its investment in Gretel, which has closed a financing round, with which it will launch the first version of its product internationally

The operation has been led by Enzo Ventures, Inveready and Extension Fund, and has been accompanied by leading business angels such as LANAI Partners, Dídac Lee and Kintxo Cortés.

ACROSS LEGAL has advised the transaction with a team led by Ivan Moll, in which Marc Pereta has also participated.
