Víctor is a Tax lawyer specialising in Tax structuring services (due diligence, W&I or tax insurance, design of tax-efficient deal structures, etc.), particularly in the real estate and energy sector. He also provides advice to private clients and regularly assists clients on Tax Litigations and Tax audits. He lectures at UNAV and UAM. He is a Law graduate from CUNEF. Before joining Pérez-Llorca he worked as a Tax Lawyer associate in the Corporate Tax Department of KPMG. He started his career at Cajamadrid and at Bufete Barrilero & Asociados.
