Javier Molina has been a partner in the Cuatrecasas Labour department in Valencia for the past 23 years. This new office joins the other two that the firm had for years in Madrid and Barcelona, the one it had since last November in Lisbon, as well as Littler Global’s more than 100 offices in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
In this way, the Labour Law firm, which closed the year 2021 with revenues of €6.7 million (12% more than in the previous year), continues its growth and expansion project, and lands in a strategic market to help its clients both in their local needs in Valencia, as well as in their interests in Spain and in the rest of the countries where Littler is present.
The new office, located at Calle Don Juan de Austria, 32, will be headed by Javier Molina, who, after more than twenty years of practice in the Valencian Community, has a deep knowledge of the region and the local market. A specialist in labour relations, he has extensive experience in collective bargaining and production decentralisation processes, as well as in the area of accidents at work and occupational risk prevention.
Joining Molina in the Valencia office are lawyers Patricia Madrona García, Amparo Bru Mundi, Gema Pla Peris, Inmaculada Martínez and Raquel Romero González.
The opening of the new Valencian office is completed with the launch of a German Desk, thanks to Javier Molina’s previous experience in this field, to provide German-speaking clients and German companies (or Spanish companies that want to do business in Germany) with comprehensive advice on Labour matters.
