Abdón Pedrajas Littler has announced the promotion of Marina Lamas Miralda and Rafael Rodríguez Pérez to senior associates in the firm´s Labour area.
Marina Lamas Miralda is from now on a senior associate at Abdón Pedrajas, where she joined in 2006 at the Barcelona office. She regularly advises on contentious and non-contentious matters for numerous national and multinational companies in various sectors of activity (banking, insurance, energy, distribution, hospitality, tourism, services, media, new technologies, etc.). She also advises senior executives. She has extensive experience in the following areas: Contentious advice on Labour Law, Social Security and Occupational Risk Prevention, Contentious advice on Administrative Law matters, participation in individual conciliations before the Department of Labour, Legal assistance in Labour Inspections, advising on redundancy procedures, drafting of legal reports on Labour Law and Social Security, conducting Labour audits, consultancy on Labour law matters.
She is a Law graduate from the Universidad de Barcelona, and holds a Master´s degree in Labour Law. She was a member of Erasmus Socrates studies at the University of Toulouse, France.
Rafael Rodríguez is, as her colleague Marina, a new senior associate at Abdón Pedrajas, a law firm that he joined in 2019. He advises national and multinational companies from various sectors of activity in contentious and non-contentious matters, both individual and collective, in Labour Law, social security and occupational risk prevention, assuming the legal direction of the same. He is a Law graduate from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, with post-graduate studies in Labour and Criminal Law.
