Ignacio González Fernández has been at Abdón Pedrajas since 2009. He regularly advises numerous national and multinational companies in various sectors (banking, insurance, energy, distribution, tourism, services, media, new technologies, etc.) on contentious and non-contentious matters.

He has extensive experience in the design and implementation of the Labour aspects of company or business unit transfers, collective dismissals, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, collective proceedings for substantial modification of working conditions, strikes and all kinds of individual proceedings.

He has participated in many court proceedings at all levels, including the Audiencia Nacional and the Supreme Court.

He is a European Community Law and Labour Law graduate from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and holds a Master’s degree in Labour Law Consultancy from Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
